Registration & Self-Trust Policies
At Harmony, we believe movement should feel intentional, supportive, and community-driven. As our studio continues to grow, we have updated our registration and cancellation policies to better support class access, instructor planning, and the overall experience for all members.
These updated policies will take effect on June 1, 2026.
Since January, we have experienced:
167 late cancellations (within 6 hours of class)
154 no-shows
We understand life happens, and Harmony has always been built with compassion and flexibility in mind. At the same time, late cancellations and no-shows directly impact waitlisted members, class flow, and the energy our instructors bring into each experience.
These policy updates are intended to create more balance, fairness, and intentionality within our community while allowing us to sustainably operate the business of Harmony.
As we transition into these new systems, there may be occasional errors while everything is finalized through June. If you notice anything incorrect, please reach out to us right away so we can help resolve it.
Updated Registration Process
To bring more intention back into movement and class registration, classes are now available to book two weeks at a time.
This change was made to:
Encourage intentional class booking
Create equal opportunity for both long-standing and new members
Improve accuracy around class capacity and waitlists
Important Registration Updates
Recurring bookings are no longer available
Starting July 1, all classes will reset to zero registrations
Members will need to manually re-register for future classes as they open
Existing registrations prior to July 1 will remain unchanged
This update was necessary as some classes had waitlists extending into October, which no longer reflected actual attendance patterns and created barriers for new members trying to access classes.
For the easiest registration experience, we strongly recommend downloading the Momence app.
If you have any questions about registration, our team is happy to help.
Updated Self-Trust Policy
Effective June 1, 2026:
Late Cancellation Policy
The cancellation window remains 6 hours prior to class start time
Late cancellations made within 6 hours of class will now incur an automatic $10 fee
The previous allowance of three late cancellations every 30 days has been removed
No Show Policy
No-show charges will increase to the full drop-in rate of $20
We understand unexpected situations happen. Members are welcome to call the studio at 403-371-5125 if they need to cancel at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances.
While fee reversals are not guaranteed, we are always open to discussion and will review situations on a case-by-case basis.
Thank You
We deeply appreciate your understanding, support, and continued trust in Harmony, our instructors, and our community.
These decisions are never easy, but they are important in helping us continue to provide the experience, energy, and care that make Harmony what it is.
As always, our door is open. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
