  • If you are looking to strengthen your muscular and cardiovascular system in a safe and effective way, this is the class for you!  Our instructor’s fun personalities will have you learning new moves and taking your fitness to the next level. Classes will be fresh each week with a strategic variety of intervals, equipment, and movement patterns.  All fitness levels are welcome and modifications will be provided as such. All levels welcome.

  • Whether this is your first experience or you are a seasoned Yogi, this class will provide benefits to all levels. If you struggle with mobility due to prior injury, arthritis, hip, back, shoulder, or any joint pain, this class can support you with gentle movements to increase blood flow to all areas of the body. Gentle Flow provides many benefits: including reducing stress, lowering heart rate, lowering blood pressure, and increasing your mind-body awareness. There will be strategies included in each class to reduce stress, manage anxiety, improve sleep patterns, and become more mindful. All levels welcome.

  • Hips and Hamstrings is a beginner-friendly class designed to stretch and strengthen your hips and hamstrings. Through gentle and dynamic movement, we will focus on increasing flexibility and mobility in the hip flexors and stretching out the hamstrings. Slower movement between postures and longer holds help to loosen tension in all those tight spots. Great for those who sit at a desk all day or simply want to release stress and increase range of motion in these areas. All levels welcome.

  • Join us as we get STRONG TO THE CORE!

    Our mat-based Pilates workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. The classes will lengthen and strengthen the muscles while giving you a full-body workout.

    By utilizing ourselves on the mat, along with a small ball, and light weights to help sculpt the body as well as increase strength and range of motion. The classes are never a set sequence, always changing. Finishing off with a deep stretch. Great for beginners to intermediate level.

  • Experience the power of resistance bands as we engage every muscle group for a comprehensive and effective workout. From bicep curls to leg lifts, we'll use resistance bands to add intensity and challenge to classic exercises, ensuring a well-rounded session.

    Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or a beginner, the beauty of resistance bands lies in their adaptability. I'll guide you through modifications to suit your fitness level.

    Who’s is ready to pump it up?!

  • A dance fitness class with a little bit more. Release is an hour class offering 40 minutes of HIIT style dance fitness, with nourishing stretches and stillness for the remainder. Coordination and experience are not required. All you need is your wonderful self, open heart, and some water. Everyone and all levels are welcome.

  • Hatha Yoga is a holistic system that aims to integrate the body, mind, and spirit through the practice of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation. In this class, we will explore the traditional teachings and practices of Hatha Yoga. It is suitable for all levels, from beginners to practitioners. Each class will begin with centering, allowing you to connect with your inner self and create a focused and meditative state of mind. The practice of asanas in Hatha Yoga focuses on stillness and holding poses for longer durations. During moments of stillness and introspection, the ethereal notes of the handpan will lull you into a meditative state, allowing you to delve into a profound sense of calmness and inner exploration.Through precise alignment and mindful awareness, you will cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance in the body. Each asana is designed to stimulate energy flow and enhance the overall well-being of the practitioner.

  • Vinyasa Flow will get your heart pumping. With some more intermediate poses included your being will be challenged, and of course, you will get your sweet savasana relaxtion at the end. Stretch out your body, mind, and soul with our Vinyasa Flow.

  • This class is designed to offer the balancing effect of yang (active) yoga and yin (passive) yoga. The first half is the yang, focusing on vinyasa and standing postures that will increase your strength, flexibility and balance. The second half is yin, focusing on long, deep meditative stretches that allow your connective tissues and joints to open, increasing flexibility while creating a calm and centred mind. It is a great class for beginners, as only half the class is flow (yang), but as always all levels are welcome.

  • A slow-paced yoga offering where poses are held for longer periods. It targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, aiming to improve flexibility and promote relaxation. Iit's a meditative practice that cultivates mindfulness and a deeper awareness of the body and breath.

  • Meet the perfect blend of yoga and fitness. Whether you're a yogi or a fitness enthusiast, you'll love the strength elements woven into each sequence. By combining both yoga, pilates, and strength building exercises, you will challenge your muscles and mind while taking your practice to a whole new level.

    This offering combines guided mental imagery while lying is Savasana. The goal of this class is to promote a state of profound relaxation. Getting you ready for a restful and restorative slumber.

    Class is held virtually. So you can join in from the comfort of your home.

  • This class uses slow, powerful Yoga movements with light weights to strengthen and shape your muscles, with no strain to the body. This class starts with long, gentle, warming and connecting of the mind and body followed by yoga-style movements with light weights, to tone the entire body and work the cardiovascular system. We end with a long stretch and Savasana. Yoga Tone touches every part of the mind, body, spirit and leaves you feeling rejuvenated and energized!
